Leviticus 4:15-17

¹⁵ The elders of the group of people must put their hands on the bull’s head. It must be done before the Lord. And the bull must be killed before the Lord. ¹⁶ Then the appointed priest must bring some of the bull’s blood into the Meeting Tent. ¹⁷ The priest will dip his finger in the blood. He must sprinkle it seven times before the Lord in front of the curtain.
